GLUTEN FREE CAMPING MENU

One week of camping for a family of 5 and a dog.
Gluten Free and no Corn Syrup

In addition to our daily planned snack food, I have apples, oranges, bananas, carrot sticks and boiled eggs up for grabs at any time.
Everyone has a couple of their favorite GF protein bars as well and there's a box of GF apple cobbler snack bars, dried seaweed, GF granola and rice snack sticks

We will be hiking, swimming and playing hard every day, so the kids will go through a good bit of food.

I make my own marshmallows.
(I ended up making strawberry, gingerbread, mint chocolate, mocha and Moundsmallows (vanilla with milk chocolate and coconut layers) as well as 2 kinds of dried fruit and rice cereal bars (like rice crispie treats with dried fruit).)

For drinks, I am taking 24 canned sodas (Blue Sky and Zevia)
5 2-liters of Sierra Mist
lemonade mix
Tea and stevia
